Meet the Founder - Amber Johns

At the heart of EoL ProVoice is Amber Johns, a passionate communication coach dedicated to helping professionals unlock the power of their voice.

Amber brings years of experience in linguistics, cross-cultural communication, and leadership coaching, working with clients across industries and continents. From rising professionals to senior executives, she has guided individuals to refine their speech, strengthen their presence, and communicate with clarity and impact.

With a deep understanding of how different native languages influence spoken English, Amber has successfully coached clients with Hispanic, Asian, Indian, Russian, Italian, French, and other international accents. Her approach is personalized; focusing on the unique sound patterns and rhythm of each accent to reduce barriers, while ensuring clients keep their authenticity.

Beyond her professional expertise, Amber embodies the discipline, resilience, and service she teaches. She volunteers as a firefighter, demonstrating courage and teamwork in high-pressure environments; the same qualities she helps her clients develop in their communication. Amber is also a black belt in Tang Soo Do, a traditional Korean martial art that reflects her dedication to continuous learning, focus, and self-mastery.
